DR. RICHARD RICHLEY is a Board certified Orthopedic Surgeon who received his medical degree from The Ohio State University and completed his residency training at UC San Diego. He has been in private practice for 37 years and was the Director of the LASER SPINE & JOINT INSTITUTE. Dr. Richley is one of the early developers and pioneers of laser endoscopic techniques. He has taught and operated in many countries around the world.

DR. HOWARD TUNG received his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School in 1985 and completed his residency at USC in Los Angeles, specializing in Neurosurgery. He was Board certified in 1995 and is currently serving with CA Laser Spine Center as a Neurological Consultant.
